Strategic Allocation of Funds and Global Focus
According to the company, the funds are being allocated specifically to three core areas: product development, expansion of AI capabilities, and international market presence. Approximately 60 percent of the sum is earmarked for sales and marketing in the USA, India, and the MEA region. Twenty percent each of the funding is reserved for research and development—specifically for AI-driven building systems—and for operational infrastructure expansion.
Technological Orientation and Market Shift
The technological foundation is a wireless mesh architecture, which is intended to reduce the conventional installation effort for access control. In the industry, the decoupling of security infrastructure from classic construction cycles is considered an important step, as wired systems often reach their limits in growing, digitally networked environments. Spintly aims to make physical security for smart buildings feasible on a large scale without relying on rigid hardware cabling.
Market Access and AI Integration
Currently, the company primarily focuses on corporate headquarters, technology parks, and co-working spaces. In addition to expanding its presence in North America, a strategic priority is connecting AI-powered intelligence with existing camera infrastructure. The goal of this integration is to improve security analytics for commercial real estate and make administrative processes more efficient for facility managers.
