According to the commercial register, the team is developing software to automate workflows and is focusing on AI agents for industries such as construction, regional planning, and architecture. In job postings, the company emphasizes its ambition to “take engineering and construction to the next level through artificial intelligence.” Even before its official launch, AI Mapping secured an investment from Munich-based venture capital firm HV Capital, which now holds a 17% stake in the company.
Gasper and Mackeprang are no strangers to the startup scene: in 2013, they founded the learning platform Studydrive, which was acquired by job marketplace StepStone in 2019. Whether AI Mapping will achieve similar success remains to be seen—but the founders have already proven once that they can build a winning venture.
