Arctis AI: Tackling PDF Chaos in Construction with New Funding and AI-Driven Insights
@Arctis AI

Munich/Regensburg-based startup Arctis AI has announced its market launch and closed a seven-figure pre-seed funding round.

Arctis AI’s platform leverages AI to analyze construction contracts in real-time and make them actionable for project teams. The investment round was led by PT1, with participation from EWOR and renowned angel investors.

At the core of the offering are AI-powered agents that assist construction companies in structuring, managing, and applying contracts for complex infrastructure projects. Instead of static PDFs, the platform consolidates critical information—such as obligations, risks, payment terms, and dependencies—into a central hub. This transparency makes all data immediately usable for project and commercial teams.

Arctis AI was founded in August 2025 by Dila Ekrem, Duc-Trung Nguyen, and Leon Stawowiak at the Technical University of Munich. Just three months after its founding, the team launched its first pilot in Germany. With the fresh capital, Arctis AI plans to further expand its team, develop additional platform modules, and build a customer base across Europe.

The long-term goal is clear: to significantly reduce administrative overhead and risks in critical construction processes. We wish them every success!
