Swiss PropTech SCAIT receives 150,000 Swiss francs from Venture Kick
@SCAIT

Swiss PropTech SCAIT is receiving 150,000 Swiss francs from Venture Kick. Using SCAIT's AI application, construction contractors can identify the construction tenders that are worthwhile for them and extract key project data.

SCAIT highlights problematic contract clauses, checks bills of quantities for plausibility, and supports tender/proposal preparation. For construction companies, this means massive time savings.

We have already had SCAIT on our radar twice. In mid-June, we reported on their oversubscribed pre-seed round in the high six-figure range, which saw construction software veteran Joachim Sorba join as an investor. And on July 7, when UK-based BidScript secured 700,000 euros, we highlighted SCAIT alongside Arctis AI and Tenderhub by revitalyze.

SCAIT was founded by Dominic Graber (CEO), Luisa Lager (COO), and Nicolas Hoferer (CTO). For the three founders, SCAIT is already their third joint company. In our view, SCAIT has so far focused primarily on its home market of Switzerland. According to their own statements, the new capital will flow into sales and expansion into international markets. We wish them every success!
