We present:

On the second day of (CA)FM Week, we focus on the topics of maintenance and IoT. This is also where it becomes clear why the first two letters of the week are placed in parentheses.
QRmaint will kick things off with what can be described as the smaller sibling of CAFM systems. They present their innovative CMMS system, which focuses specifically on maintenance and sets new standards in this area.
This is followed by NOVA-FM from HSD, which has further strengthened its maintenance capabilities over the past year and now offers new and improved features. These include, among other things, the extended MAQSIMA TMS interface, which translates operator obligations from asset types into concrete master data objects. In addition, sensors can be assigned to an object via their ID – for example to an asset, a room, or an area – enabling the design of preventive workflows.
Finally, M&P BEGIS demonstrates how building automation can be connected to a CAFM system. This means that systems which are still separate today can exchange data with one another, allowing operational data from building systems to determine FM services (when and how much!).
