Das Ziel ist klar: Funktionierende, integrierte Technik für nachhaltige Gebäude effizient zu planen. Das ist unsere Berufung als TGA-Fach- und Systemplanende.
Gerade den Projektleit(/d)enden der TGA-Fachplanung steht dabei einiges im Wege: fehlendes Detailwissen zur Auslegung der HOAI und dem Ingenieurvertrag, zeitlich überfrachtete Fach- und Systemplanende, anspruchsvolle Planungspartner und Bauherrn.
Die Aufgaben und Schnittstellen der TGA-Fachplanung müssen trainiert werden
„Einfach mal die HOAI lesen“ oder umfangreiche und widersprüchliche Aufgabenlisten direkt umsetzen funktioniert leider nicht. Es braucht Austausch und Training zu Aufgaben und Schnittstellen der TGA-Fachplanung. PiTA.training bietet ein spezielles Online-Training für Projektleitende der TGA-Fachplanung an.
Im Training werden unter anderem folgende Fragen beantwortet
- Welche genauen Aufgaben haben meine TGA-Fach- und Systemplanenden in welcher Leistungsphase?
- Welches Stundenbudget kann ich für die einzelnen Aufgaben ansetzen?
- Was muss ich für eine Kapazitätsplanung meines Projektes berücksichtigen?
- Welcher Planungspartner schuldet mir wann welche Angaben / Vorleistungen?
- Was kann ich von der Integration und Koordination durch die Objektplanenden erwarten?
- Was muss der Bauherr für die TGA leisten?
- Was erwartet uns TGA-Fachplanende in der neuen HOAI 202X?

- 152 Aufgaben der TGA-Fach- und Systemplanung über alle 9 Leistungsphasen gem. Anlage 15 HOAI 2021
- Schnittstellen zu Bauherr, Objektplanenden (Architekt und Freianlagenplaner), anderen Fachplanern, Beratern und ausführenden Firmen

- MS-Excel zur weiteren Bearbeitung
- Weitere Unterlagen zum „Beweis“ der Vorleistungen der anderen Planungspartner
