Gute TGA-Fachplanung braucht ein professionelles digitales Projektmanagement
„Klassisches“ Projektmanagement ohne digitale Hilfsmittel kommt aufgrund der steigenden Anforderungen und der sich im Projektgeschäft ständigen wechselnden Anforderungen nicht weiter. Die Zauberworte unserer Zeit heißen „Digitales Projektmanagement“ oder „Digitale Kollaboration“.
Im digitalen Projektmanagement gibt es kein Richtig oder Falsch – nur keines zu haben wird zum Problem
PiTA.training bietet ein spezielles Online-Training für Projektleitende der TGA-Fachplanung an, die sich mit den neuesten Werkzeugen des digitalen Projektmanagements vertraut machen möchten. Sie möchten lernen, wie ein System mit digitalen Anwendungen ihre Projektbearbeitung verbessern kann.
